As a part of Troops 716's continuing community commitment, the troop has annually decided assist the staff and residents of Birch Manor Rehabilitation Center in Sykesville with their holiday season decorating. Our troop annually helps decorate their dining halls, hallways, doors, and even the resident’s rooms. Both the staff and residents were exuberant with the troop’s decorations, cards and candy canes.
