The patrol method develops Leadership and teamwork skills in a small group setting before it is applied on a larger Troop setting. Patrols elect their own leader, and plan and carry out their patrol activities. All of our Patrols are Mixed age with the exception of the JLC which is the Senior Patrol made up of the SPL, ASPLs, JASMs, Guides Instuctors and OA rep.
